Re: Diffierences between Brazilan and European Portuguese? by NikkiBish on April 11, 2017
The Portuguese seem to use 'sh' for 's', Brazilians pronounce 'r' as 'h' more often, and people from Rio use 'ce' for 'voce' quite frequently!

I recently watched a series called 3% on Netflix, where the speakers all seem to have a Rio accent. It has subtitles in lots of languages, so it's very useful.

They also have the film 'City of God', but be warned- it is very violent. This has just reminded me that they also have the follow-up film on Netflix, so I will be watching that today!

Netflix have quite a lot of films in languages other than English, so it could be worth a subscription.

Boa sorte, tudos.
