Welcome to our cozy community, Felbah! dance2

You should also visit us in the IRC chats: #parleremo and the affiliated ##learnanylanguage. One of our regulars, Expug, is learning Georgian for quite some time now and can give you lots of hints about how to learn it best. smile3

PS: My nick there is Nukalurk, yes, from Fallout3, I find them extremely cute.  Grin

Hello everyone, I guess there's not really much going on here, or did I miss something? :)
I am Nico, a Spanish native. I also speak English at a decent level. Right now I am trying hard my best at Tagalog and German. My absolute passion and love or languages (and the people who speak them) is what drive my way into here. Hope to find some.

Many thanks for the Tagalog resources, as well as the German ones (although the former is more difficult to find anywhere else!). They are really nice and helpful to me :)
See you!

Hello all.  I am new here.  My name is Sally and I am from the United States flag_um.  I speak English and I am learning Spanish.  I am just learning my way around the site.  Any hints would be welcome.  It seems there is not a lot of recent activity here?

Hola Nico.  I see you speak spanish.  What country are you from?  I am going to visit  in Ecuador next May.  I thought maybe we could chat here.  You could help me with my spanish, sorry I would not be of any help in your study of tagalog.  I had to look up the word tagalog, as I had never heard of this language.

Welcome Marco! dance2

Sorry for the late response. I wish you much success on your journey. Why have you decided to learn Romanian? Is it because of the charming sounds or do you have personal interests in Romanian-speaking regions?

Hello Tony,

Thanks for the reply. I became interested in the language mainly because Romania looks such a beautiful country. Also, Romania generally gets pretty bad press in the UK, so I would like to know more about the truth behind all the negative stories.

Regards,

Marco
